The Plumcot called the Burbank

This is one of the most delicious of the plumcots. It will be seen from the direct color photograph print that this variety resembles the common cultivated crabapple in appearance. This is probably accounted for by the fact that one of the ancestors in the original cross had the shape of the crabapple; though this plumcot is otherwise very different indeed from its progenitor.
